We love dogs, and our experience in the dog world has cultivated a great deal of knowledge to address your pet's unique personality and all the issues that they can develop. Whether your dealing with hyperactivity, anxiety, fear, aggression, or anything in-between, we'll work together for the best outcome. Too many treats or too many corrections can go against the goals for improvement.
We call our method the Fulfillment Method. There are many ways to change a dogs behavior. What we choose to teach people is how to better fulfill your dogs psychological needs while improving your communication and handling skills. When you put everything together you have great leverage to modify their behavior without force but instead through guidance.
We are always willing to use positive reinforcement techniques but that’s not to say that we only use those methods. We refrain from using what people would consider negative reinforcement because it can be harsh and difficult for people to apply.
Often times we find that corrections aren’t necessary or effective because people tend to misuse the leash with improper timing or intensity. Our overall goal is to develop the best strategy for your dog using an approach that is empathetic and effective.
Whether you have tried other trainers or if this is your first attempt, we are confident we can help find what works best for you and your dog's personality traits.
